Ingredients

    .5 # Jimmy Dean Premium Pork Sausage, Regular
    2 C Whole Milk
    1/8 C Unbleached, all-purpose Flour

Directions

Cook sausage in skillet until no longer pink, be sure to crumble it up. Add Flour and mix until sausage is coated nicely (may be some flour remaining in the pan).
Add Milk slowly and stir continuously over low-mid heat until thickened (boiling is ok, just keep stirring so it doesn't scorch).
Serving Size: serves 4
