Ingredients

    8 oz Extra Lean Ground Turkey
    1/4 c no salt added tomato sauce
    2 Bell Peppers
    2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
    1/4 c chopped onion

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Lightly coat Nonstick skillet w/ olive oil spray over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic, saute two minutes or until softened.
Add extra lean ground turkey breast. Add salt, garlic powder and cumin as desired. Break meat apart and cook over medium heat for 14-16 minutes or until done.
Add tomato sauce and 1/4 c water. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Add cilantro or parsley to taste.
Cut hole in top of the peppers and remove stem and seeds. Place in baking dish and spoon half of the mixture in each pepper. Pour 1/4 cup water in the bottom of the baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
