    Mushrooms, 6 oz can
    Chicken Breast, parboiled and chopped bite size
    Barley, pearled, raw, .75 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 4 cup
    Season to tase


saute onion and chicken for 2 min, add mushrooms and carrots. Saute for 1 min more. Add broth and barley simmer for 15 min till barley is cooked. 4 servings
