    12 pre-cooked cocktail shrimp (thawed and tails removed)
    1/4 Cup frozen spinach, broken into small pieces
    1/4 Cup tomatoes, chopped
    1/3 Cup black beans, cooked or from can
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 Tablespoon Lite Italian dressing
    1 Tablespoon Feta cheese


Preheat oven to 350F.
Put shrimp, spinach, tomatoes, beans, and garlic in baking dish.
Add Italian dressing and mix.
Top with feta cheese.
Bake 15 minutes.

Makes 2 servings.
