    1 head bok choy chopped
    2 slices bacon
    3 cloves garlic diced


Cook bacon in pan
once crispy remove and pour out all but 1 tbs of the grease
add garlic to grease and carmelize
Add Bok Choy cover for 4 mintues
serve toped with Bacon
