    Breakstone's Fat Free Cottage Cheese, 0.5 cup
    *Wyler's Chicken Boulion Cubes, 2 serving
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Best Life - Buttery Spread, 1 tbsp

Directions

add water, boulion, cauliflower, best life, and cook untl cauliflower is soft, add the rest of the ingredients and whirl with hand blender, and eat.
