    Walnuts, 225 grams very finely chopped
    Onions, raw, 2
    1 bell pepper
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    wholemeal breadcrumbs 85 gram
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Curry powder, 1 tbsp
    Tblspn mixed herbs
    225 g tomatoes, chopped
    Egg, fresh, 1 medium


fry onions and pepper in oil until soft. mix nuts and breadcrumbs in a bowl with the garlic herbs and curry powder then add the cooked onions and peppers along with the tomatoes, mix then add the beaten egg then put into cake tin for 30-40 mins at 220 c (425 f)
