    2 tomatoes
    3-4 roasted red peppers
    1/4 cup basil
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 tbsp garlic cloves
    3/4 lb ground bison
    1 spaghetti squash


1. puree the tomatoes, red peppers, and basil in the food processor.
2. Cook onion in large saucepan until softened. Add garlic and beef and cook until the meat is browned.
3. Add sauce mixture and parmesan cheese and simmer.
4. Meanwhile, puncture holes in squash with fork and microwave for 12 minutes. Remove, cut in half, remove seeds, and shred into spaghetti strands.
