    Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia)(remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, strips(remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 5 ounces(remove)
    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or chopped(remove)
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup(remove)
    Feta Cheese, .23 cup, crumbled(remove)


simmer veggies and chicken in a frying pan, using water instead of oil to cook it. once chicken is cooked and veggies are soft, put on top of salad and add whatever dressing you like. Nutritional info does not include dressing although I use onion parmesan.
