    1 1/2 cups grated monterey jack cheese
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese
    4 oz can chipped green chiles
    1 cup evaporated milk
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 t salt
    1/4 t cummin


Sprinkle all the monterey jack and half the cheddar cheese in bottom of 9" pie pan. Spread chiles over cheese. Beat milk, salt and cumin into egg. Pour over cheeses and chiles; top with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degreese or until center is set. Makes 6 servings; may be served hot or cold.
