Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Sweet peppers (bell), 3 medium
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
    Carrots, raw, 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
    Celery, raw, 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Beef, top sirloin, 24 oz
    Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1 can (10.5 oz)
    Cornstarch, 3 Tablespoons
    Granulated Sugar, 2 Tablespoons
    Soy Sauce, 1/2 Cup

Directions

stirfry beef
add vegetables and stirfry
in a small bowl, add sauce ingredients and mix until smooth.
add to meat and veggies and stir until thickened.

Serving Size: makes 7 servings about 1 cup each
