Ingredients

    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1/2 cup Almond Breeze almond milk (unsweetened, vanilla)
    1/2 cup Chobani Greek yogurt (plain, nonfat)
    1/6 cup Bob's Red Mill oat bran (high fiber hot cereal)

Tips

I may add Whey Protein Booster and Benefiber .. you can add banana or other fruits as desired


Directions

put all ingredients in blender, blend, and pour into cup (I actually use an immersion blender and it works perfectly)

Serving Size: makes 1 serving
