    Chicken Breast, no skin, 18 ounces, about 1/2 inch cubes
    Mushrooms, canned, 2 cans (4 oz each)
    Green beans, organic, 1 can (15 oz)
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 3 medium, chopped
    Onion - Red/Purple - 1/2 Cup, chopped
    365 Organic Chicken Broth, 6 cup
    Seasonings to taste: Bay leaf, basil, black pepper, sea salt.


Combine ingredients. Simmer on medium heat at least 30 minutes until fresh vegetables are tender. Adjust seasonings. Serve :)
