Ingredients

    1 lb cleaned Calamari
    Cream of Shrimp Soup, 1 can
    Butter, salted, .25 cup
    Onions, raw, .50 cup, chopped
    *Flour, white, .25 cup
    Milk, 2%, .50 cup as needed

Directions

simmer calamari in a pat of butter and onions slowly to draw out juices and cook until just tender. In 2nd pot make a rue with flour/butter and add the juices from calamari to bring to a light paste, add can of soup and more juices from calamari and/or milk as needed. Add calamri to the mixture and heat slowly until warmed. Serve over your choice of noodles.
