    Bonless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4 oz
    Olive Oil, 2 1tsp
    *Lemon Juice, .25 cup
    Green Spanish Olives (5), .50 serving
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Vegetables, Mixed Salad Greens, 1 serving
    Fit&Active Light Poppy Seed RF Dressing, 2 tbsp


Pound chicken just to flatten. Season with pepper. Heat skillet over med heat. Add olive oil. Cook chicken 3mins per side until brown, then add lemon juice and olives. Serve with steamed broccoli and 1 cup mixed salad greens with your favorite reduced fat salad dressing.
