Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    12 large eggs
    1 lb turkey sausage
    1/2 cup shredded cheese
    1/2 large green pepper, chopped
    1/4 tsp garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper
    1/2 tsp crushed red peppers

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Brown turkey sausage, drain. In large bowl, scramble eggs well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spray muffin tin w/ olive or canola oil spray. Drop 1/3 cup of mixture in each muffin cup. Bake for approx. 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Serving Size: Makes 12 muffin cups
