Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 20 medium whole (2-3/5" diameter)
Tips
Use these tomatoes as a base for making other things. Examples: bbq sauce, pasta sauce, soup.
Directions
Remove core and any bruises from tomatoes and put on foil lined baking sheet and put in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove skins and put in food processor. Puree until smooth.
Add tomatoes to pan to heat. Have clean sterile jars ready. When tomatoes are bubbling, pour into jars. Seal.
