Number of Servings: 4


    ·12 oz Cod (fish),
    ·10 oz Yukon Gold Potato
    ·4 oz Cauliflower, raw
    ·1 cup, Celery, raw, diced
    ·1/4 cup, Mushrooms, fresh slices
    ·1 cup, Carrots, raw, slices
    ·1 cup, Onions, raw, chopped
    ·1tsp soup base chicken
    ·1 Tbsp Sweet Roasted Peppers
    Old Bay Seasoning OPTIONAL


Add diced potato and carrots to boiling water(enough to over). Boil a few minutes add remaining vegetables and stock/soup base. Cut fish into bite size pieces, add to soup mixture. Simmer till cooked though.
This makes 1 ½ c to 2 c servings. Depending on how much water you started with.
