Number of Servings: 4


    1 cup Rice
    1/2 cup Tomatoes, chopped (save juice)
    2 TBSP Olive Oil
    1 TBSP dry Oregano
    1/2 TBSP dry Parsley


1) Clean and rise the rice until the water runs clear (around 5 times). This way you rinse the starch and the rice won't stick.
2) Cook the rice until it is cooked, about 20 minutes on the stove, or 40 in a steamer.
3) When the rice is done, add Olive Oil, tomatoes with juice, oregano, parsley and mix everything.
4) Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings.
