    8 Maple Hotcake (or piece of cake of your choice - old cake the better) cut in squares

    2 C of Milk 1%
    2 tbsn Corn Starch
    1/3 C Splenda
    2 Egg Yolk
    Vanilla (to taste)


You can also make on big bowl for presentation!
Timings does not include cool down!


Cut piece of hotcake to fill 6 dessert bowl up to 3/4 to the top.

Warm up milk slowly on the oven (medium), stirring constantly. Add the corn starch and keep on the oven, for 8-10 min. (keep stirring).

Mix the egg yolks, the sugar and the vanilla together. Add to the milk. Pour over the hotcake. Put in the fridge for about one hour. Pour fresh strawberry reduce as a couli over each dessert cup. Serve cold.

Serving Size: 6 large servings!
