    4 cups onions, sliced
    4 cups broccoli florets
    2-1/2 lb. chiecken breasts, sliced thin
    1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1 tablespoon Splenda
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    1 tablespoon soy sauce (or teriyaki)


Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Add onion and cook 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside. Recoast pan wiht cooking srapy and stir-fry broccoli 3 minutes. Add broccoli to onion. Spray pan again and fry chicken and red pepper flakes for 4 minutes or until chicken is golden. Reduce heat. Stir in Splenda, ginger and garlic, and cook 30 seconds. Stir in onion and broccoli. Add chicken broth and soy sauce. Cook 1 minute, Serve.
