Ingredients

    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 0.75 cup
    Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 0.5 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup
    Splenda, 0.5 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 0.5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Mott's Applesauce, Natural (unsweetened), 4 oz snack cup

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix dry ingredients first, next mix in egg and applesauce
Spray 9x9 baking dish with cooking spray. Evenly distribute batter and bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
