    40 oz. extra lean ground turkey
    1 cup oats
    1 cup ketchup
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 cloves minced garlic
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Place in 2 loaf pans coated with cooking spray, or form into 2 loaves on a baking sheet. Bake 1 hour at 375. Let sit 10 minutes before cutting. Makes 10 servings.
