    6 cups oats
    1 3/4 c brown sugar
    1/2 c oil
    4 eggs
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    2 cups milk


Keeps in refrigerator 7-10 days and freezes well.

I like to add chocolate chips on top, and think PB2 would be fantastic mixed in.


Mix all ingredients together. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan for 30 minutes at 350F, or in 2 8 x 8 inch pans.
