    1/4 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
    2 tsps olive oil
    3/4 Tbsp onion, finely chopped
    1 Lb. Mushrooms, sliced
    1 pinch salt
    1 dash black pepper
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 tsp basil
    1/4 cup Plain Nonfat Yogurt (Greek preferred)
    6 cups whole wheat pasta


Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet. Saute onion for 2 minutes.

Add chicken and saute for additional 5 minutes. Turn to brown evenly. Remove from pan and keep hot.

Add remaining oil to pan; saute mushrooms.

Add chicken and onions to pan with seasonings.

Add yogurt, gently stir in. Heat, but do not boil.

Serve with pasta cooked according to package directions.
