    *Masa, Maseca Brand, Instant, 2 cup (remove)
    Shredded chicken (can be left over or canned)
    Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 12 tbsp (remove)
    *Lucerne Plain Fat Free Yogurt, 8 oz (remove)
    Milk, 2%, 1 cup (remove)
    green chiles (2 cans or fresh)
    *1/4 tsp garlic sea salt, 2 serving (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, 1.5 cup, shredded (remove)
    Goat Cheese, Soft, 2 oz (remove)


Prepare the masa according to the package directions. (Says it makes 16 tortillas but I make about 8 larger ones). Saute the onions and mushrooms and towards the end add the chicken (already cooked) to heat up. On medium low heat add green chiles, sour cream, yogurt, milk, and spices and cook until just below boiling. Add some of the sauce to baking dish. Dip tortillas in sauce and roll chicken and mushroom mixture into tortilla. Arrange in pan, add cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
