Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1 cup fresh cherry tomato
    1 cup diced celery
    1 cup chopped red onion
    1 cup red bell pepper diced
    1.5 Tomatoe sauce

Tips

serve over pasta or alone in a bowl topped with ricotta and a slice of bread


Directions

saute the veggies till soft meanwhile cook the turkey in seperate skillet you can add garlic and spices here if you wish. when turkey is cooked thru add to veggie/sauce mixture to warm
