Ingredients

    1 (14.75 oz) can Pink Salmon
    1 pkg saltine crackers
    1 c chopped onion
    1 large egg
    2 T olive oil

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and form into 7 equal patties. Preheat olive oil in skillet. Carefully place all patties in skillet. Cook about 10-15 minutes on each side.
Makes 7 patties
1 patty per serving
