    1 bag birds eye steam fresh garlic cauliflower
    1/4 cup salsa
    2 tbls butter
    1 tbls cummin
    1 tbls chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste.


Soften Cauliflower in micrwave for about 2 minutes then put into food processor and grade up, put into skillet with salsa and butter, an seasonings and heat util hot but not mushy, stir every so often and serve hot.
