Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/4 (28g) cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour
2 tsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour
1 tsp Vital Wheat Gluten, Honeyville Farms
1 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill Flax Seed Meal
    1/8 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
    1/8 tsp Baking Soda
    1 Tbsp Grapeseed Oil
    1 1/2 tsp Apple Sauce
    1 large Egg
    1/2 tsp BApple Cider Vinegar

Tips

I always weigh my Almond Flour instead of measuring it, because different brands can measure our quite differently and affect the quality of your recipe.

Directions

Preheat oven to 300

In a small mixing bowl, whisk eggs with other wet ingredients. In a 2nd small mixing bowl, blend together all dry ingredients with a fork. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring just until combined.

Spray or grease 2 round glass dishes (I use the 2 cup Pyrex storage bowls, which are about 4" across) and divide batter equally among them. Bake at 300 for 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and cool briefly, and the buns should pop right out (I use a butter knife to flip them out.) Cool on a rack until room temperature, then slice horizontally and enjoy as a burger or sandwich bun. They store wrapped nicely wrapped in a napkin in a storage baggie or air-tight container.

Enjoy!
