    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 22 oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)
    Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Chef Paul's Poultry Magic Seasoning Blend, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    *French's Worchestershire Sauce, 3 tsp (remove)
    *Chicken Stock (Knorr Chicken Stockpot Makes 500mls), .3333 cup (remove)
    *4C bread crumbs, .5 cup (remove)
    *BBQ Sauce - Kraft Spicy Honey BBQ Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Olive Oil, Kirkland, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)


In small saute pan, saute garlic , onion, and green pepper w/olive oil until soft. Add in Worcestershire sauce, chicken stock, and bbq, bring to boil and cook until stock kind of boils off. Place veggies in bowl in fridge until cool.
Mix Turkey together with bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper and seasonings. Add in cooled veggies.
Place in muffin tin and top w/extra bbq if wanted.
Bake @ 400 for 25 minutes, until 165 with thermometer.
