    1 package caramels (about 50)
    12 oz milk chocolate chips


If you're in a hurry, you can chill or freeze them to make the chocolate harden - it will make the chocolate all blotchy but it will still taste fine.


Unwrap caramels. Microwave chocolate chips one minute. Stir till smooth. Dip caramels one at a time and place on waxed paper. Leave at room temperature until chocolate is hardened (a few hours). Store at room temperature.
