    2 tsp cinnamon
    1 cup old fashioned oats
    2 scoops vanilla protein powder
    16 oz egg substitute


serve with fresh berries and syrup


place all ingredients in blender as listed and blend
spray oil or cooking spray on skillet and cook pancakes
