Ingredients

    Peanut Butter
    1% Milk
    Sesame Oil
    Kroger 30 Minute Marinade- Teriyaki
    3 oz ready to use grilled chicken breast
    4 oz (1 cup cooked) Linguine
    Equal sweetener packet

Directions

Cook linguine and frozen vegetables. Meanwhile mix other ingredients together using a whisk until well blended. If you put the sause on immediately while the linguine and vegetables are still hot there is no need to heat. If linguine, veggies, and chicken are all cold then combine them all together and pour the sauce over mixture. Stir with spatula to coat well. Then pop in microwave for about 1-2 minutes or until heated through but be careful not to burn.
