    1 cup flour
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 cup 2% milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 square unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 cup hot water


Sift flour, 3/4 cup granulated sugar, salt, and baking powder; mix with milk. Add margarine, chocolate, and vanilla. Pour into greased 9x5 inch pan.

Mix cocoa, brown sugar and 1/2 cup granulated sugar together; sprinkle over top of batter. Pour hot water over all.

Bake 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees. Chocolate sauce will be on the bottom, cake on the top. Serve upside down with whip cream or ice cream (not included in nutritional calculations).
