Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup grated or glaked coconut
    1/2 - 1 cup honey
    1/2 cup tahini
    1/2 cup sesame seeds
    dash of sea salt
    1/2 cup coconut flour (added after the rest is mixed together)
    Add a few chopped nuts or seeds if you want to. Just make sure the batter sticks together.

Directions

Mix all ingredients (coconut flour last) and add a dash of sea salt if you want. Roll to small balls (teaspoon size) and flatten on to cookie sheet greased with coconut oil. Bake in 175 C/ 350 F for approximately 15 min until golden. Let them cool before taking them off cookie sheet
