    500g lamb shoulder steaks, trimmed & cut into bite sized cubes
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1.5 tsp ground cumin
    2 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp ground cloves
    1 bay leaf
    750ml chicken stock
    500g passata
    600g tinned chickpeas, drained & rinsed
    200g par-cooked long grain rice
    2 large handfuls coriander, chopped


Combine lamb, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, cloves, bay, stock, 500ml water and passata in slow cooker. Cook on low for 5 hours.
Add chickpeas and rice & cook for another 30 mins. Stir through coriander and serve
