Number of Servings: 8


    6 cups (Prepared) Kraft Minute Whole Grain Brown Rice
    1 10 oz can Goya Black Beans
    1 Green Chili Peppers, small canned - whole, chopped
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 med Onion raw, chopped
    1 tbsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
    Salt, (to taste)


Great as a side dish or a meal by itself.


Prepare rice as directed, set aside. Suate chopped onion in EVO for about 5 minutes, add rice and chili peppers, heat through on medium-low heat, add black beans and season with Mrs. Dash and salt. Lower heat and cook until hot. Serve with corn tortillas.
