This makes a tasty main dish for the outdoors person. This makes a tasty main dish for the outdoors person.

    1 - link of smoked pork/beef sausage
    1 - large potato
    1 - roma tomato
    2 - slices of large onion
    1/2 bell pepper
    Your favorite seasoning


Cut up sausage and vegetables in to bite sized pieces.

Place on electric grill or griddle or large non-stick skillet and cook over medium heat.

Cook for about 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
