    !0-6" corn tortilla's
    5 lg eggs
    1 chub of Chorizo
    1c diced onion
    3 cloves garlic
    2tbsp canola oil
    1oz Mozzarella Cheese part skim milk shredded


Heat oil in skillet over medium heat cut tortilla's into strips add to hot oil. In another sm skillet start chorizo over medium heat...once cooked drain excess grease from meat set aside. Check tortilla's flip them so that they can brown on the other side. dice onion & garlic, once the tortilla have brown'd add onion & garlic until they are clear or carmelized. In a small bowl break eggs whipped them until frothy. Add Chorizo once drained to the tortilla's & add eggs let cook up flipping & stirring tortilla mixture. Top with cheese...serve's 6
