Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/2 c. Bisquick Heart Smart Mix
    2 c fat free milk
    1/4 c light oleo or butter
    1 c shredded coconut
    1/2 c splenda
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 t vanilla

Directions

preheat oven to 350
lightly grease 8by 8 baking dish or 9 in pie plate
combine all ingredients pour into baking dish
Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pie.
