    1 lb extra lean ground beef
    1 c chopped onion
    1/2 c nonfat milk
    1 beaten egg
    8 crushed saltine crackers
    salt & pepper to taste

    1/4 c ketchup
    1/4 c water
    1 tsp dry or ground mustard
    1/2 c unpacked brown sugar


Combine beef, onion, milk, etc and mix well. Place in a large loaf pan (spray with cooking spray). Make a groove down the center of the loaf. In bowl, mix sauce. Pour over meat and bake at 350 degrees (f) for 1 hr. Drain.
You might want to reserve some ofthe sauce to heat and pour over the meatloaf after it is drained.
