    Cauliflower- riced and cooked
    Parmesan cheese
    Mozzarella cheese
    Minced Garlic


Rice and cook cauliflower ahead of time and store in fridge until ready to make pizza. Use a cheese grater to rice cauliflower by hand or pulse a few times in food processor, but do not over process.


Rice cauliflower by shredding then microwave 8 minutes. Allow to cool then add 1/2 c each cheeses, egg, 1-2 tsp. minced garlic and a tbls dry oregano. Combine. Spray cooking oil on cookie sheet, then turn out crust "dough" onto sheet and shape into 10 in round crust. Bake on 450 for 15 min or until golden brown. Remove from oven, top wit hfavorite toppings (precooked) then broil until cheese is melted and toppings are heated through. Aprox 5 min.

Serving Size: Makes10' round pizza (5 slices)
