    cup ground flax
    1 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp cassia cinnamon
    1tsp coconut oil
    1 egg
    1 packet stevia


Use a coffee mug and mix all ingredients together. Cook in microwave for 50 - 55 seconds.

    I like to slice mine in half, top to bottom, and then toast in a pan, using butter. Fried eggs on top.

    A little on the dry side so I eat it with applesauce. Not sure about the fiber content. 4 tbsp of Flax Seed Meal is 8 g. Not sure where the other 7.4 g are coming from. - 8/26/16
