    1 lb of Tilapia
    2 Bell peppers sliced thin
    1 1/2 tomatoes sliced thin
    .25 cup lemon juice(about the juice of 1/2 lemon)
    1 medium raw onion sliced thin
    8 tbs of Kraft Light Done Right Italian
    4 Garlic Cloves minced
    Garlic Salt and Pepper to taste.


Add some low fat cheese on top if you like. Or some sliced Jalapenos if you like the spice ;o)


Place fish in baking dish. season with salt and pepper. Cut all veggies, mix and add on top of fish. Mix lemon juice and dressing in a small bowl and pour over fish and veggies. Cover with foil and cook in oven @ 375 until done. Uncover to broil a lil if you like.
