    1 medium apple, frozen
    1 large orange, frozen
    1 cup blueberries, frozen
    1/2 water


If you prefer sweeter desserts than add some agave nectar.


Cut up fruit and place into blender. Pulse three times and then drizzle in about half of the water. Blend until the right consistency adding water as needed.
