    1med Can Tomato Sauce
    1 can refried beans
    1 Sm can green chilis
    1 Pkg taco seasoning
    (mix together)

    1 Pkg fat free flour tortilla shells
    1 lb of Lean Hamb
    Cheddar cheese
    Sliced Black olives (optional)


Brown Hamburger set aside and mix together tomato sauce refried beans, green chiles,1pkg taco seasoning. Layer using taco shells mixture add cheese on top then layer and top with mixture,cheese, and black olives (optional, not added into calories) Bake uncovered for 30 min at 325 then let sit for 10-15 min and serve
