    One Large Egg
    1/3 Cup Bob's Red Mill Blanched Almond Meal Flour
    1 Tbsp Whole Wheat Flour
    2 tsp Vanilla
    1 Tbsp Cinnamon
    1/4 Cup Water


Enjoy these with a light drizzle of maple syrup, confectioners sugar or a small pat of butter for a delicious breakfast treat.


Mix your dry ingredients together, add the egg and water slowly, mix well.

In a warm skillet, spray a serving (five sprays) of I can't believe it's not butter and pour in 1/2 of the batter. Do not attempt to flip until bubbles form and pop rapidly in the batter.

Repeat with second pancake.

Serving Size: Makes two medium pancakes. (Serves two)
