    Diced Tomatoes, 1 can
    Chicken Broth, 14.5 fl oz (remove)
    *Dole Pineapple Tidbits 100% Pineapple juice, 0.59 cup (remove)
    Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed (remove)
    *vinager, .25 cup (remove)
    *Ketchup, Heinz, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Milk, 1%, .25 cup (remove)
    Sara Lee, Delightful Wheat Bread, 1 slice, 1 serving (remove)
    Zucchini, .5 cup, sliced (remove)

Dutch Oven coat with cooking spray. Saute the carrot, onion and pepper in oil until tender. Add tomato, diced tomatoes sauce, broth pineapple brown sugar, vinegar and ketchup. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine egg, milk, bread, zucchini, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Crumble turkey over and mix well. Carefully add to tomato mixture. Cover and cook 15-20 minutes until no longer pink in the middle.

Add rice cover and simmer until liquid is absorbed. Let stand 5 minutes then fluff with a fork.
