    Key Lime Pie filling:
    Chobani Key Lime Blended Greek Yogurt (2%), 2 12 oz containers
    Great Value Sugar Free Lime Gelatin, 1 packet
    Great Value Light Whipped Topping, 1- 8 oz tub
    1 tbsp key lime juice

    Graham Style Crust:
    Kinnikinnick Gluten Free Smoreables, 2 servings - 6 cookies
    2 tbsp Smart Balance Light


Pie Filling: Dissolve packet of gelatin in 1/2 cup boiling water, add key lime juice, fold in 2 containers of key lime greek yogurt, fold in 8 oz tub of light whipped topping, put in gluten free graham crust, chill 2-3 hours before serving

Crust: Crush Kinnikinnick Smoreables and mix with light smart balance, press mixture in a 10" pie plate and bake at 350 degree 8 - 10 minutes until brown. cool and fill with key lime filling.

Serving Size: makes 8 servings
